Submission of Tenders

“Proposed Construction of TLS and Rehab of Latrines in 5 Schools in Dhobley” All tender emails received after close of business on 11th May 2022 will not be considered.

Submission Requirements

BIDS: The Agency is seeking from suitably experienced contractors the provision of works and services through an OPEN TENDERING PROCESS:

Essential Criteria

1. Bidder submits Business Registration certificate/ Trade License for Jubaland and/or Federal Govt
2. Bidder submits Tax Registration number & certificate for Jubaland and /or Federal Govt
3. Bidder is a registered Construction Contractor

Capability Criteria

1. Financial capacity of the company (proof of financial capacity by submitting 6 months certified/stamped bank statements.
2. Similar Construction Experience (Evidence and references from clients for previous similar construction works in Jubaland.

Project Work Plan with activity specifications for the works indicating expected completion time

Further Information to bidders:

• Currency of offer should be strictly in US Dollars
