PART 1 – INTRODUCTION

HIDIG Relief and Development Organization (HRDO) is seeking qualified service providers to deliver lunch and refreshments as well as provide hall rental for training sessions for project staff. Bidders are required to provide detailed food menus and ensure meals are hygienic, diverse, and culturally appropriate.

PART 2 – SCOPE OF SERVICES

The successful bidder will provide refreshments and lunch with hall rental for the following scheduled trainings.

PART 3 – BIDDER REQUIREMENTS

All bidders are required to submit the following documents and information:
• Valid business license and registration documents
• List of food and refreshments available at the bidder’s restaurant/catering facility
• Detailed BOQ for each training package indicating food items and service availability
• References for similar services provided in the past two years (client name, contact)

Deliver to the HIDIG Beletweyne Office or HIDIG Mogadishu Office during official working hours: 08:30 – 17:00 (EAT), Sunday to Thursday.

Special Guide:

  • Beletweyne Office Address: Area Shanta Dabakayo, Hilac, Howlwadaag, Beledweyne, Hiraan Region, Hirshabelle State Somalia.
  • Mogadishu Office Address: Hodan District, Teleex Street, behind Fatxi Restaurant.
  • Upon arrival, request the Procurement Unit to log your documents in the official Bids Register and obtain a submission receipt.
  • Ensure your bid is sealed in an envelope clearly marked with the tender reference number.
  • Late submissions will not be accepted under any circumstances.
