WAAPO is one of the leading protection local NGO in Somaliland with deep knowledge of local context. It is much known to Child Protection and SGBV responses and has specialized technical teams in delivering the protection services. Protection is center to all services offered by WAAPO and it has presence in all regions of Somaliland and has well-functioning offices in Hargeisa, Borama, Las-anood, Ceerigaabo and Burao.
About the service
To support these activities, presently WAAPO is developing/renewing the list of established, potential and qualified supplier of providing the following material/service/ works.
The main criteria of Supplier Selection will be:
Competitive pricing; Ability to meet specifications and standards; Availability of products and ability to deliver within 15 days; Product and service quality; Product yields and durability (food, NFI, Hygiene kits, medical supplies, visibilities, vehicle hiring, stationaries); Reliable delivery methods; Quality control methods and practices; Financial stability & credit strength; Payment conditions/requirements; Compatibility with existing products.
Warranty and bonding provisions, Proven performance and experience; Service support resources available; Previous experience and past performance with the product/service to be purchased; Security of the Supply Chain.

You can submit your complete application dossier along with above-mentioned documents by email to: info@waapo.org or drop at WAAPO’s Quotation Box located at WAAPO Head Office Hargeisa & region’s sub offices with subject title WAAPO – Call for Interest 2026” on or before 20th January 2026 @ 4:30 p.m.
There after completed forms should be submitted in sealed envelope to your nearest WAAPO Head quartier office before the 20th of January 2026 together with copies of company registration among other supporting documents.
Note: hardcopy submissions will be accepted.
